Data Deletion Instructions
If you are a business using ShopGrow
Step A — Stop ShopGrow's access to Facebook and Instagram
- Log in to Facebook and open Settings & privacy → Settings.
- Go to Business integrations (search "Business integrations" in Settings if you do not see it).
- Find ShopGrow and click Remove. Tick the option to delete posts, videos or events ShopGrow posted, if shown.
If you manage the Page through a Meta Business Portfolio, you can also remove ShopGrow under Business settings → Integrations → Connected apps.
Access stops immediately: ShopGrow can no longer read or send messages or comments for that Page or Instagram account.
Step B — Ask us to delete the data we already hold
- Contact us — call +880 1613-571400 — using the email address or phone number registered on your ShopGrow account.
- Say "Data deletion request" and include your ShopGrow account email and the name of the Page or account.
- We confirm your identity and delete your account, connected channels and access tokens, contacts, conversations and business information.
Deletion is completed within 30 days of the request. We confirm when it is done. Billing and tax records are kept only as long as the law of Bangladesh requires, and backups are overwritten within 90 days.
If you messaged a business that uses ShopGrow
Businesses use ShopGrow to answer messages and comments sent to their Facebook Page, Instagram account, WhatsApp number or website. That business controls your conversation data.
- Ask the business directly to delete your conversation, or
- Contact us — call +880 1613-571400 — with the name of the business, the platform you used (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp or website) and your name as shown on that platform.
We will locate the conversation, act on the request together with the business, and reply within 30 days.
