What we do
ShopGrow is a software-as-a-service platform that helps small and medium businesses — online shops, clinics and doctors' chambers, restaurants, agencies and service providers — reply to their customers faster on the channels those customers already use: Facebook Messenger, Facebook comments, Instagram Direct, WhatsApp and a chat widget on the business's own website.
- Automatic replies — the business sets rules or adds its product and service information, and ShopGrow answers common questions such as price, delivery, stock, appointment times and opening hours, day or night.
- Comment replies — answer questions left under Facebook posts without checking every post by hand.
- One inbox — every conversation from every connected channel in one place, where the team can take over and reply personally at any time.
- Hand-over to a person — when a customer needs a human, automation stops for that conversation.
How businesses connect their accounts
- The business owner creates a ShopGrow account.
- They click Connect Facebook or Connect Instagram and sign in with their Facebook account.
- On Meta's own permission screen they choose which Pages and Instagram accounts to allow. ShopGrow never receives their Facebook password.
- ShopGrow then receives new messages and comments for those accounts only, and replies according to the owner's settings.
- The owner can remove ShopGrow's access at any time from Facebook's Business integrations settings.
How we treat our clients' data. Data received from Meta is used only to show a business its own customer conversations and to send the replies it has set up. We do not sell or share it, use it for advertising, or combine data between businesses. Read our Privacy Policy and Data deletion instructions.
